Support viewing measurements on the web

It would be nice to analyze my data on the web

We could probably offer this via the web pretty easily. Maybe consider a PWA as well

This would be a bigger lift because of differing bluetooth libraries but it would be so sweet if we supported connecting Acetrack to any device running this webpage/PWA - could then take measurements from your laptop

To start, only offering data view (no BLE connection) probably covers the vast majority of the use case
