Display PPMs while sensor is cooling down

The time based cooldown leaves the user feeling…unsure what’s happening or even why the cooldown has to happen

If we displayed the sensor’s current PPM to users during the cooldown it would be more clear to them why they should not use the breathalyzer too soon…because there is still gas interacting with the sensor.

I originally used the Ketonix before using Acetrack and they’ve got this feature there which I found quite nice. Let’s do the same for Acetrack
